How soon can I book an inspection?
We typically schedule inspections within 5 business days of your enquiry — and we’ll always do our best to work into your timeframe.
How long does an inspection take?
There are no strict time limits — we stay until the task is done. Larger or older homes may take longer, with most inspections ranging from 1 to 4 hours depending on size and complexity.
Do you provide a Pest Inspection?
Pest inspections are available by an independent fully qualified and insured pest control company
Can I attend the inspection?
Absolutely — in fact we encourage it. Being present allows you to see issues firsthand and ask questions during the inspection.
When will I receive my report?
All reports are delivered digitally within 24 to 48 hours of the inspection.
Can I ask follow-up questions after the inspection?
Yes — we’re always happy to clarify any part of your report or help you understand what the findings mean for your decision.
